Shipping your order
Parcels are prepared over the weekend and shipped Monday to Wednesday. Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
Which carrier for which products?
- Plants, orchids and in vitro flasks: Colissimo only, delivered to your door, so your plants travel in the best conditions.
- Supplies and accessories: your choice of Colissimo home delivery, Chronopost pickup point, or Mondial Relay pickup point or home delivery.
- Orders with both plants and supplies: the whole order ships with Colissimo.
- International: Colissimo for all products, plus Chronopost or Mondial Relay for supplies.
Available carriers are shown automatically at the "Shipping method" step, based on your cart and delivery address.

Shipping costs
They include a fixed amount for preparation and packaging, plus a carrier fee based on the total weight of your parcel. The exact amount is shown in your cart before payment. We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order.
